Miracle Soup

Ingredient (for 2 portions)
Chop your favourite vegetable into two cups. (Cabbage, tomato, carrot and celery are recommended. Try avoiding tuber like pumpkin and potato.) Chicken stock, if goes for the cube one, avoid MSG 1 cup Canned tomato juice 2 cups Salt and Pepper for seasoning

Procedure
Boil the chicken stock and add the vegetable, leave them to be cooked before putting the tomato juice, then salt and pepper for seasoning. (If you prefer some spice, add tobacco sauce. Chicken, pork and fat-free beef can be added to the pot prior the vegetable.) This Miracle Soup can be kept in the refrigerator and it would even taste better over night.

Steamed Fish with Tao See

Ingredient (for 1 portion)
A piece of white Snapper or red Snapper (weight around 120 g) Tao See 2 tablespoons Clear Soy Sauce 1 tablespoon Coarsely chopped mature ginger 1 tablespoons Sesame Oil ½ teaspoon Finely chopped onion leaves and coriander for decoration

Procedure
1. Wash the Tao See and leave it warm water for a moment, before squeezing the water out. Coarsely chopped and mix with garlic and mature ginger for decorating on the fish. 2. Pour Chinese Whisky and Clear Soy Sauce over the fish and steam around 8-10 minutes. 3. Warm the peanut oil and sesame oil in a pan or pot till heated and pour onto the fish with onion leave and coriander decoration.
